Guest list

Import via CSV or add guests manually. Each guest gets a name, table number, mobile number, dietary flag, gift label, and internal notes. You can add +1s linked to the primary guest.

Table assignment

Assign tables when adding guests or bulk-update via CSV import. Filter and search your list by name or table. See at a glance which tables are full.

Dietary requirements

Mark guests as Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan, Kosher, or flag a custom note. Export the full list for your caterer. The real-time dashboard shows dietary counts so the kitchen always has the right numbers.

Check-in on the day
